Three owners since new. Fist in Georgia, then in California with the last two. Current owner is based here at Placerville where it has been hangared for many years, Left wing was repaired with some reskinning in 1987 after a hard landing. The aircraft has always been hangared and well maintained as a family load hauler by it's Placerville based, attorney owner since 2008. Dispite the high time engine, even at 1685 hours on a 2000 TBO, the engine is generating excellent compressions and runs very smoothly and well. It has over 300 hours of flying before TBO and should easily get there because these 540 Lycomings are generally very reliable. Complete logs, no hail, No corrosion.
