Currently owned buy an airline pilot in Southern California for the last two years. Prior to that it was owned by a gentleman in Pennsylvania for 40 years and in the latter years of his ownership he made the plane the way it is today. Some damage history in the 60's prior to the PA owner. Complete logs. No hail. No corrosion. If you want a turn-key ready to go 185 in which everything works that already has ADSB, this is it. Low time and excellent condition. The 260 HP IO-470 is considerably more powerful that an 0-470 that is in a 180, but is not quite the 520 that is in the 1966 and later 185's. The IO-470 has a 1500 hour TBO and can burn 10 GPH at altitude. This is a great condition flush riveted early 185.
