History: 

Owned and cared for in a private airpark in Eastern Oregon/Washington by retired airline pilot. 200 hours of airframe logs are missing.  It has 5200 hour TT on the plane and only 200 are missing.  Not a lot of time, but a lot of years. Logs from 1993 - 2016 were lost during the last annual and a new book was started. Very minor hail on wing control surfaces.  Exceptional condition throughout.
