This was one of the Cessna prototypes for the 182 Fixed gear. These planes are very rare. They are essentially a 182 Turbo RG but with fixed gear. All the benefits of a Turbo-normalized 540 Lycoming with a 2000 TBO but in a fixed gear airframe. About 67 of these still exist and they are very practical load haulers. They are a cross between a 182R and a Turbo 182 RG. Parts are as plentiful as any other 182 because the airframe is a regular 182 and the engine is the engine in the RG. Excellent as a high altitude family wagon for those hot heavy days where you need 31 inches of manifold pressure for take off, regardless of altitude or temperature. Complete logs. Minor prop strike in 2000. No Corrosion. (Internally factory Zinc Chromate Corrosion proofed)
